I had booked with full insurance, but when I picked up the car, the contract did not mention any insurance. I asked the staff about the insurance and showed them my booking confirmation that included insurance. However, they told me that there was no insurance included. I tried contacting the customer service hotline and online support, but couldn't get through, so I had to buy additional insurance. Also, the return location was in another city, and they did not inform me that a password was needed to enter the return area. This resulted in me driving around the parking lot three times before I got out and asked the rental office for the password. I chose the airport location for convenience, but the whole experience was so rushed that I left my clothes and charging cable in the car. Terrible experience!

It was easy to find the exit from Izmir Airport. The staff's attitude was okay. They asked if I wanted to buy insurance. I showed them the English version of the rental form and they said it's OK. Overall, it was fine.

“Bonne expérience mais difficile de récupérer véhicule et plein a faire”

L’experience globale c’est bien passé mais nous avons eu un mal fou à trouver où récuperer le vehicule puisque ce n’est pas à l’aéroport. Une fois sur place l’anglais de la personne n’était pas très bon. Obligé de poser plusieurs fois les mêmes questions pour avoir les réponses. Enfin on récupère le véhicule... à sec. Obligé dès le départ de faire le plein. Ce n’est pas grand chose mais quand on n’est pas dans son pays d’origine ça refroidit un peu. Nous avons aussi posé des questions sur la façon de conduire en Turquie (limitations ect) on n’a jamais eu la réponse. Mais content que le reste ce soit bien passé.

I wait for 3 hours to get the car. Counter staff was not helpful and make my experience with Europcar very bad. I forgot a very important Tablet during the drop off, went back within 30 minutes, but countr staff claimed that the has already been rented and nothing he could do for me.
