I immediately took a full video of the car (see attachment), went back to the counter, and the staff said that the video was not acceptable, they needed photos (deliberate difficulty?). So, I took photos and argued with her for a long time. Finally, she reluctantly noted the scratches on my rental agreement and stamped it. Third, after completing the paperwork, I found out that I wasn't given the car model I reserved. They insisted that I accept a smaller Kia. If I disagreed, the only option was a manual car, or I had to wait until an automatic one was available, with no clear time frame. There was no apology whatsoever, even though they knowingly downgraded my car model. This was deceitful! Fourth, the car key had a low battery, and on the fifth day, we had to press the key against the start button to start the car. We needed to search for a Kia store to replace the battery since the car couldn't start with the key. You can imagine my panic! I don't even want to mention my feelings further. Overall, highly not recommended!!
