They wouldn't provide service early, insisting on exact pickup time. The confirmed car model was unavailable, and they initially refused to offer an upgrade, only providing a smaller car that wasn't even at this rental location. We had to go to a different location to pick it up. After contacting customer service, there was no immediate solution. We waited a long time before being offered a better model, but it was manual transmission. Very disappointing!

Enterprise's service was excellent, the procedures were simple, and the fees were relatively cheaper compared to larger companies. Upon arrival in Germany, we were given a free upgrade to a better model as our reserved car was unavailable. We were very satisfied.

The car provided was decent overall. When you arrive to handle the paperwork, they'll try to offer various additional services. Make sure you know what you need and don't get talked into something unnecessary!
