You can pick up and drop off the car at airports, and even at different locations. This is extremely convenient because it's hard to get a taxi abroad. Having a car allows you to store luggage, visit friends and family, shop, and go anywhere you want. This company is truly fantastic!

There was only one employee at the counter who prioritized members, so I had to wait for an hour. I booked a RAV4 but got a Ford Edge instead. Despite having already paid through the platform, the store charged me again. It's been over a month and the platform still claims they are negotiating a refund. I don't understand why!

Poor attitude, forced additional insurance which cost over 50 extra dollars.

Excellent service

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, so we called QEEQ to request holding our reservation. We quickly received confirmation that it was held. Thank you! It was very convenient to reach the car rental company from the airport terminal by following the instructions to take the shuttle train. The rental office is right at the ground floor where the train stops. The car was pretty new and had just been washed when we picked it up, which was very considerate. The Ford SUV was easy to drive and in excellent condition. The trunk had enough space for three large suitcases. Returning the car was very easy; we simply handed it over at the parking lot, where a staff member inspected it and gave us a receipt. The only downside was that the wait to pick up the car was nearly one hour long.
