The staff were very impatient, possibly because we arrived early in the morning. The person who attended to us had no patience at all. I asked where to pick up the car, and he quickly mumbled a few words without giving any map or clear instructions. He left even before we turned around to leave. It took us almost 40 minutes from the counter to find the car, walking a long distance with our luggage! Terrible experience!
Like: The car was brand new with only 7 miles on the clock and was exactly what we had ordered. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole process was very efficiently organised. Dislike: Nothing to dislike!
