We bought full insurance directly at the store because if there's an issue, it's easier to handle locally. If you buy it on QEEQ, it's through a third-party platform and the local store won't handle it. The staff at the store spoke decent English.

Avoid this car rental company!!! They force you to buy insurance!! When we picked up the car, the staff kept pushing for full insurance despite our clear refusals. The car rental company recorded our credit card details manually without using a POS machine (which is very concerning). Only after we left did we notice the charge. After waiting for some time, they came only when other customers arrived to rent cars.
