They were running a promotion, so the price was very cheap. The car was great, but charging was very troublesome. You can't use a credit card; you have to download an app. This wasn't informed in advance, wasting a lot of time.
Shouqi Car Rental actually partners with a European rental company. The T1 terminal at Lisbon Airport has a whole building dedicated to various car rental companies, making it easy to find the pickup location. However, returning the car can be confusing. The rental office is just to the right after exiting customs at T1. Note that the vehicle inspection process in Portugal is very thorough. Once you inform the staff that you've purchased full insurance, they won't try to sell you additional coverage.
They charged me over six euros for something similar to ETC in our country when picking up the car. I said I didn't want it, but they said it was mandatory. I didn't even use the highway, but they refused to refund the money. It's not much, but it's frustrating!
The Europcar branch in Portugal is good, with excellent customer service.
