Enterprise initially provided a car that was not at the level of a Ford Focus. The car was in poor condition and very dirty, and it had not been cleaned for customers. We requested a replacement, but the staff was not helpful.
The staff was a bit slow and gave me the wrong return address, but luckily I noticed and reminded them. The car wasn't fully fueled when I received it.
The local staff were very friendly and liked to joke around. There were no additional charges, overall very good.
