The staff's attitude was okay, but there were a lot of customers at Los Angeles airport and very few staff members. I had to wait in line for two hours.

I had already booked a seven-seater SUV with AVIS through Zuzuche and paid in advance, but when I arrived they said there were no cars available and tried to give me a four-seater. Even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance, they kept trying to sell me more insurance. It took almost three hours from queuing to getting the car. In the end, I had to reluctantly buy additional insurance to get a seven-seater, which was actually a car that had just been returned and not yet cleaned. This rental experience was really terrible and the service was extremely poor.

Great service, convenient pick-up and drop-off. The car had over 10,000 kilometers on it and was not very clean, likely not washed properly.

The attitude is good; they have a lot of work to do.
