No the car didn’t exceed my expectations. Noisy, possibly in the drive train. Rear door sticky to open. I did contact Hertz via the messenger platform (which there response on that was excellent) Only problem their response was “Thank you for that! I have sent a request for our Emergency Roadside Service team to reach out to you directly. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience! -Sam” we didn’t receive a call…. Also, the hire got extended, we will return it this Friday 5th July as agreed. No need to bother getting Roadside assistance onto it now, we’ll put up with it
The car pickup process was quick. They asked about insurance, and when I declined, there was no further upselling. No extra charges for drivers under 25.
The woman at the counter at the Nashville airport was excellent. She was the only one working and there was a line. She was very efficient at checking customers in and getting them on their way.
