The service was mediocre. Just normal. When I arrived, there were no cars left, so the counter offered me an upgrade. I came back two days later to switch cars. This shouldn't have happened, and QEEQ is assisting with the claim and refund.

We picked up our vehicle from Nashville Airport and the person who served us appeared disinterested and when we enquired about adding additional drivers he made us feel like we were making his life difficult. The person at the Houston end when we dropped off the vehicle however was fantastic and very helpful. The vehicle itself (Chev Suburban) was amazing and perfect for our group. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and a lot of luggage.

The QEEQ website booking engine is great. Very easy to use, provides good options and clearly indicates what you are receiving for the price. Very impressive.

No the car didn’t exceed my expectations. Noisy, possibly in the drive train. Rear door sticky to open. I did contact Hertz via the messenger platform (which there response on that was excellent) Only problem their response was “Thank you for that! I have sent a request for our Emergency Roadside Service team to reach out to you directly. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience! -Sam” we didn’t receive a call…. Also, the hire got extended, we will return it this Friday 5th July as agreed. No need to bother getting Roadside assistance onto it now, we’ll put up with it

Lame upselling at every opportunity. Just give me the price already.

The car pickup process was quick. They asked about insurance, and when I declined, there was no further upselling. No extra charges for drivers under 25.

They claimed the reserved model was unavailable and offered a free upgrade to another vehicle. They also said there were only Teslas with no charging stations available. Very poor experience, not recommended. The car had a very unpleasant smell.

The charge for one additional driver, not allowed at the time of booking, was extortionate. It amounted to 29% of the original rental.

The booking platform is fine. The price tracker was irrelevant on this occasion. I will not use in future if hidden cost are not made clear.

It was horrible and shameful! Thrifty unilaterally assigned me an electric car. I had no way to recharge the vehicle. Thrifty charged me a $30/day upgrade plus tax. This was outrageous and tortious behavior and practice. I won’t use them again. I am owed $169! Is QEED going to pay me?

Great service. One bit of feedback is that i couldn't actually find on any communication which car rental company was being used by QEEQ so i had to contact customer services to know which counter to go to.
