The provided vehicle was not on the list, and the condition was average, even the car emblem was missing. There was a noticeable premium compared to other rentals during the booking process. They charged a one-way fee, but there were additional charges after the order was completed. After contacting the rental platform, no proper resolution was given. This was a very poor rental experience! Both the rental company and the platform were disappointing!

There were quite a few people in line, and with only a few counters, I waited for more than half an hour. However, the crowd indicates that AVIS is quite popular.

I have been charged 435 US dollars outside of my already paid amount for this reservation. 174 were cut as security and 239 have been cut after we dropped it off. This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
