The service was good and the paperwork was done quickly. The downside was that they pushed to sell insurance and a full tank of fuel.

I reserved a Corolla, but no vehicle was available. They asked for an upgrade fee, but after a lot of hassle, they offered a small car that couldn't fit luggage. After refusing it, I waited for 30 minutes and got a Hyundai Elantra that was about 60% new. So, the service is just average.

Full tank order but received an empty tank car. Luckily, I noticed it soon. Irresponsible company.
