The overall service was quite average. There was a long line for picking up the car, but the staff couldn't process it quickly. After reaching the pickup point, I waited for more than half an hour. Finally got the car, drove to the hotel, and the next day brought three suitcases to the nearby exhibition center. As shown in the photo, the car stalled in the middle of the road on the only main lane. There was no emergency triangle. I had to manually direct traffic for an hour and a half. Called for repairs, local staff confirmed the location which took half an hour as they were not familiar with the process. After losing my temper, they finally added me on WeChat. Even after half an hour, there was no response. I had to arrange the repair myself. They called back midway, providing repair service in English late at night. After approximately one hour, the repair team finally arrived. They jump-started the car with a battery, but the engine fault warning appeared. I immediately drove the car back to return it. The reception staff assured me they wouldn't hold me responsible. I sarcastically thanked them. Despite returning the car early, they still charged the full amount. No apology was given. It was a truly miserable experience.
I booked a Ford but got a Kia instead. The car's battery was dead and we couldn't start the car, waiting in the rest area for nearly two hours for assistance. When the rescue arrived, they neither fixed nor replaced the car, just jump-started it and told us to call for help again if it wouldn't start. We had to avoid turning off the engine or seek help from others (otherwise we'd waste too much time). When we tried to change the return location, we were wrongly informed that we could return the car before 19:00. We arrived at 18:10, only to find out the return place closed at 18:00. Unable to return the car and with a dead battery, the rental company rudely demanded we return it to the airport, some 30 miles away. At the airport, the rental company was indifferent. This rental company does not acknowledge the all-inclusive price from the booking platform; I've booked three times and was charged extra each time. Showing them the booking confirmation didn't help; they claimed it was an issue between us and the booking platform.

Car hadn't been cleaned inside, but we were in a rush with 2 kids desperate for bed so had to take it. Be careful with Budget's charges after return - twice they have tried to charge for fuel and after back-and-forth showing receipts they refund it.
the contact number for emergency kept me for long time till got the call answered and that was during the accident were involved. got worried and the police came and helped me.
