No había autos disponibles como el reservado, nos hicieron un cobro que se supone se reembolsó y no fue así, caótica logística de entrega el tiempo en fila fue mayor 180 minutos

I was duped by the assistant who sold me additional breakdown cover without me knowing about it. I did sign the contract, but did not see that she had added this , despite the fact that I made it clear that I did not want / need any extras
