Great experience in all aspects

We almost paid double the price. They added extra insurance and refueling services that we didn't need. Luckily, we checked the bill before going through security and noticed the amount was far off from our reservation. Since RentACar website had no consultation option, we went to the counter and explained the situation. The staff was helpful and canceled the extra charges. We were fortunate! The counter service advised us to always check our contract before taking the car. We couldn't relax for a moment; if we had noticed this back in our country, it would have been impossible to resolve.

Very easy to get scammed, overcharges and random credit card deductions

Overall satisfied. However, for the second car, I was misled into buying additional insurances. After realizing this, I sought help from QEEQ customer service. They informed me that I could return to the store and get a partial refund. A lesson learned: Be sure to review everything carefully before signing!
