The booking page indicated free cancellation, but when plans changed and I needed to cancel, I was informed there were conditions. Why not clearly state the cancellation policy when booking?
After all, it is a big company, very professional, and the efficiency of car rental and return is very high. In the US, renting and returning cars is convenient and fast. The staff suggested insurance but respected the customers' choice.
There are many locations and the car condition is good. It’s very convenient to pick up and drop off the car. However, there weren't enough counters to handle the initial paperwork at San Francisco Airport, so we had to wait in line.
