Not enough staff, the whole car pickup process took 2.5 hours; the staff's service attitude was decent. Arrived at the store at 8:58 AM to queue, and it took two hours to register. Only one or two service windows were available, making the process extremely slow. This severely disrupted the morning schedule, and the car was finally picked up at 11:28 AM. The staff were pretty nice overall.
We had to wait in line for 1hour 15 to pick up the car at that location. That was quite annoying considering that cut into the day we had planned. Photo taken 40 minutes into waiting
