The waiting time wasn't long, but a Thrifty employee added an unknown insurance to my rental without my consent, costing over $30 for three days. They also tried to sell us a full tank of gas. When we refused, saying we wouldn't need that much fuel, they lied, claiming we'd need a full tank to visit Haleakala National Park. In reality, our three-day trip, including the Road to Hana and Haleakala National Park, only used half a tank. This kind of irresponsible sales tactic is infuriating. The car itself was good, both in terms of performance and condition, which I was satisfied with.
Like: Great 4-door Jeep Wrangler Sport with less the 5000 miles. Dislike: As efficient as they were, the wait was pretty unbearable. They did pass out water bottles however, which was a plus, but poor AC and tons of people waiting made for a less-than-stellar experience.
