The contract stated a different time than the actual key pickup/drop-off, resulting in many additional fees. The car provided had issues, and the hotline couldn't arrange for a replacement. I had to check multiple branches myself and only found an available car after visiting four locations.
The staff had a great attitude. The pickup and return processes were very convenient. The car was in excellent condition. However, finding the return location was extremely difficult since it was in an underground garage with a very small sign. It took almost an hour to find it.
