The car rental company was very professional and friendly. However, they did not accept the insurance we purchased domestically. In case of any vehicle accident or scratch, they will directly deduct 5000 AUD for repairs. This is something to be aware of. Fortunately, we didn't encounter any issues, but if something happens, claiming this 5000 AUD through domestic insurance could be very troublesome!
The staff were very friendly and patient. They clearly explained the terms and rules, provided a map to collect the car, and confirmed twice that we had the parking lot exit card. They also explained the insurance issues very clearly. During the car inspection, they marked any issues on the car.
SOuthern Cross Station Parking Garage was really full when I brought the car back. Furthermore the rental location is in the main hall according to google maps, while the location is in the coach terminal.
Employee on collection gave a bit uncomfortable feeling. Lot of explanation about things I already figured out.
