I booked a Ford Focus, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a small car, a Kia, instead. I prepaid for 35 days, returned the car two days early, but they didn't refund the money for those two days. Poor service.
Booked a Mazda 3 or equiv, got a Dodge journey which had terrible fuel economy and had an expired tag which a State park official pointed out to us when we wanted to visit the park. Had to return car as a result. Customer service sent us to Grand Rapids to change it; when we got there they clearly didn't have cats to switch it with. Then had to drive to Grand Rapids airport....long wait there but they did change car eventually.
Like: Great gas mileage on vehicle!!! Dislike: Car maintenance light came on as soon as we got on the road. Remote didnt work. Dents & scratches all over vehicle.
