This EUROPCAR company is extremely terrible. On the Zuzuche platform, it indicated that our credit card would be accepted, but when we arrived at the store, they did not acknowledge it and said that Zuzuche platform had nothing to do with them. As a result, they didn't give us the car, refused to cancel the order, and denied a refund, wasting us thousands of yuan.

If any issue arises, European car rental companies will shirk responsibility, QEEQ is useless, and losses can't be recovered.
