Forced to buy the mandatory store insurance for 680 euros (5000 RMB) for 14 days. The car provided was just average. Cross-border fee was 178 euros (1400 RMB). I personally recommend buying the full insurance from the rental service. My deposit has still not been refunded even though the order is completed.

Staff at Barcelona airport tried to upsell insurance and charged extra claiming the car we reserved wasn't available. With the help of QEEQ customer service, we eventually got the car we booked. Although the process was convoluted, we were satisfied with the outcome.

No queue numbers, I was just told to wait. Is she stupid? Changed the pickup location and blamed it on the customer, Tried 3 different charging cables and all had bad connections. Can't you check this in advance?
