It was quick, and there was no insurance upselling.

The line was long in the morning, but the service attitude was okay and quite professional.

They were dismissive towards Chinese people, chatting with colleagues while handling matters. When finally available to process the car rental, they claimed they couldn't understand the bilingual confirmation form. Just because the Chinese characters were larger than the English ones, they insisted I read the confirmation number in English, at a slow pace. I switched to another person, who also spoke only English but was swift and efficient.

Located near the airport with clear signage, and the process was straightforward.
