Queued for over an hour, didn't provide the car according to the order, very bad attitude, didn't recognize the highest insurance I bought from the platform, and forced me to buy an additional insurance for over $150
I did not use the car. The rental company said I could apply for a refund through the platform. The platform's customer service also confirmed this, but now I'm told it can't be refunded!
The service was terrible. We arrived at the New York airport store on time to pick up the car, but they didn't reserve the car as per the booking terms. We had to wait for other people to return their cars. When questioned why they didn't honor the contract, they blamed the third party, which is QEEQ, and said we just had to wait. They couldn't even tell us how long we would need to wait, or offered us the option not to rent. We waited at the New York airport store for over 4 hours before getting a car. The kids were so tired they fell asleep on the floor. The car they gave us was not the model we had reserved. After much arguing, we finally got the right model. No one assisted us with inspecting the car or taking it. It was a terrible car rental experience. We will never rent from Budget again.
