Car was great. Service was fast but people that works there should smile more. Greet customers.

It was a good platform. But the price drop didn't work on me.

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

WE DID NOT GET A CAR. WE HAD TO RENT FROM THE COMPANY ACROSS THE STREET. THE PERSON BEFORE US NOR THE PERSON BEHIND US IN LINE WERE ABLE TO RENT CARS EITHER. THE STAFF PERSON STATED HE COULDN'T FIND OUR CONFIRMATIONS. MYSELF AND THE PERSON BEHIND ME HAD A PRINTED COPY IN HAND. THE STAFF KEPT REPEATING "SORRY I CAN'T FIND YOUR CONFIRMATION" AND CALLED THE SHUTTLE TO PICK US UP. HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. WE CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE CONFIRMATION AND THEY HUNG UP ON US AND THEN WOULD NOT ANSWER. IT SEEMED LIKE A SCAM. VERY SHADY PLACE. RENTED CARS OUT OF A STORAGE CONTANINER. MADE YOU BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM IF YOUR AUTO WAS NOT NEWER THAN 2016. OURS IS A 2015.

I paid $107. On line. When I got to the container office the man told me $98.00 more for add on. I have aaa car insurance in nj and brought proof,not excepted. I wanted to pay for tolls cash,no. I had to accept the sun pass of the office 12.99 Per day. Horrible. I will contact better bureau of business with a complaint

I got to the pickup area but the attendant was not there. I waited over an hour just for him to show up. After that, they did not accept my insurance and the cost was 3 times what I expected to pay. Hands down the worst car rental I have ever experienced ! WILL NOT ever use again
