No need to queue, staff were friendly, and the parking lot was clearly marked.

They blamed me for past car damage. When I rented the car, I pointed out the scratches, and the staff told me minor scratches didn't matter. In the end, they charged me 3300 AUD when I returned the car home. This company is a scam. I will never rent from them again. Their integrity is terrible.
