I saw many bad reviews before renting, and thought that by paying attention to all the details, it would be fine. However, after returning to China, I found some inexplicable charges. After negotiating, I discovered they had purposely overcharged me for two extra days. I actually returned the car on the evening of the 22nd, but the bill said I returned it on the 24th. I have requested the rental platform to negotiate and compiled all the documents, asking my colleague in the U.S. to file a complaint against them. I suspect they overcharge Chinese orders maliciously, knowing it’s difficult for them to deal with it after returning home.

Because it’s so popular, many people make reservations, but the car condition is top-notch, extremely impressive, almost all the cars are brand new.

Ya no tenia tiempo para negociar o cambiar de rentarcar Asi que el precio final lo tienen que ver con el agente del mostrador.. el precio que muestra en la web es solo el básico por día, no tiene incluido tax, peaje, seguro, chofer, etc..

The Car was excellent and spacious for the family. With the exception of waiting longer due to less staff, the one serving us was very helpful.
