Car was excellent...and there was no hassle while picking up of car and dropping off. however the security deposit of 10000THB has not yet been refunded by yesaway. They said within 30 days of drop off money will be refunded and we did the same on 9th october. Its 11th November now and there is no sign of refund.

The car body had various repairs from the start, and it took a lot of time to take photos when picking up the car just in case. Unfortunately, when returning the car, new scratches were found, likely caused the day before returning. The damage inspector quickly identified it, as if they knew beforehand.

The staff in Phuket never contacted me in advance via WeChat to inform me about the pickup details and location. I had to search for a long time, and when I finally saw a bunch of people at the counter on their phones, they didn't seem to be aware of my reservation and had to look it up!
