Easy peasy

No, I was expecting a Toyota Camry. The Outlander and other options were not an equivalent product. At High way speeds the Outlander is noisy to a point you had to turn up the radio. The vehicle was beat up and missing body parts. Upon arrival the car was filthy and I made the center wash the vehicle before I would accept it. The Outlander had a 50% less fuel economy than the Camry expected. This is a classic example of bait and switch to the consumer. I NEVER RECEIVED A FINAL INVOICE FOR THIS RENTAL

They had no car when I arrived I had to wait a long period they upgraded the car but I should Have been entitled to a discount for my hardship

the vehicle was not what i reserve. when i got to the counter more money to rent which was not expected

Like: Super comfortable performance car. Just drove itself on cruise control and GPS. Very powerful. Felt like a movie star driving down wiggly Lombard Street in SFR with all the tourists running to get a shot of this car coming down. Masses of room in the boot too which was not affected by the hood being down. Easily fits 2 big cases and our small bags.
