The deposit is too high, three times that of other chain companies for the same model. As a car rental company at a tourist city airport, they surprisingly don't support self-service returns. My flight was at 7 AM, so I had to return the car the night before. Overall, I will definitely not use this company again.

Had to call after 20 mins to get shuttle, still had to wait 50 mins. Arrived at office and did not have correct car so had to take another and still had to wait. Car was dirty and not full of gas. Also radio cut out regularly. Rang company to extend rental and was told I was not able to over the phone, only in Office in Milano. I was in Genova. Returned just over an hour late with a full car And was charged €50 late fee. Basically 3 days rental. It’s fine for them to keep me waiting over an hour and provide poor service but not the other way round. Will not use Centurio again. Rubbish company.

We waited at the airport for nearly 2 hours for a shuttle van. Unacceptable!

Great car and staff but Centauro office in Catania airport is hidden down a narrow laneway.No sign in terminal to help find it.Please fox the signage and the terribly narrow entrance to the pick up point.

The pick up place is in a parking area within walking distance from the terminal. A bit tricky to find. The car was great even though the main dashboard only spoke Russian and was not able to change that. Since I had hired insurance on easycarent beforehand I did not go with the company insurance that they try to scare you into purchasing. However, I do recommend some kind of insurance since streets are narrow and fender benders can happen
