The car rental process lacked standard procedures, and the quality needs improvement. The fact that the car was old was not indicated, leading to unmet expectations.
It makes customer extremely uncomfortable when your staff conducted forensic check on the returning car for almost 15 min. It does not work that way in the car rent industry.
Like: Friendly helpful staff when picking up car even the guy in the service department saw us after taking the car struggling in the car park with GPS on phone and came over with a phone holder . Car less than one year old . Told us exactly what they were holding on our credit card and reversed the hold while we were there on drop off.
