Counter after the departure hall not open even at 7am. (Other counters are mostly open). Need to walk more than 500 - 800 meter to another pick up counter. Inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.
I rented the car for 3 days but was charged 4 days. Picked up the car at 1708 on 22nd and returned on 1725 on 25th. However my return was processed on 1747 instead. Felt it was unfair as the service desk didn’t inform me upfront about the late rental payment and received the bill statement the next day via email
Like: Fuss-free, easy to pick-up and drop-off. Dislike: There should be some drop-off instructions. Esp when it is before / after staff hours.
