First time using a Chinese car rental company in New Zealand, felt very close to home. All the staff were very friendly, and both picking up and returning the car went smoothly. It was a very pleasant experience.
The car rental process lacked standard procedures, and the quality needs improvement. The fact that the car was old was not indicated, leading to unmet expectations.

The car was alot bigger than we expected. Booked a Toyota yaris and were given a Nissan terran. Vehicle had something wrong with the gearbox as it clunked when put into drive.
