The staff was friendly and the car's condition was excellent. However, the choice of cars in the same category was limited to only two models.

This was my first time using this car rental company. Even though the car had 16,000 miles on it, it was very new and clean. I drove 2,000 miles over 9 days without any issues, except for a maintenance reminder light that came on. After a simple conversation with customer service, everything was fine. The customer service here is very considerate. Besides English, they offer real-time translation in Japanese, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Very professional, no pressure to buy extra insurance. Clear explanations, simple and quick pick-up and drop-off procedures. Highly recommended.
