The service attitude is extremely poor. They get upset if you don't purchase additional services, give you a cold attitude, and speak so softly it's hard to hear. They also don't repeat what they say. Very bad experience!

I returned the car less than 30 minutes late, but they charged me an extra $30. This is unreasonable. I can understand paying proportionally for the extra time, but this rental policy is unacceptable. I've rented cars overseas many times and never encountered this situation.

For someone like me who can only speak a few words of English, the company's service was excellent! Very trustworthy!

Store setup is good, pickup and return are relatively convenient, and the price is competitive.
