The female staff at the rental company counter had a poor attitude. My English is just average; I could understand some things she said, but not everything. I needed her to explain several times. Maybe she thought I didn't understand anything. She initially told me that my insurance was incomplete and didn't cover roadside assistance and third-party accidents, suggesting I add insurance. I remembered that at least roadside assistance was included when I booked, and the invoice I checked before departure didn't mention it. Later, a phone representative assured me that I had full coverage, so I wasn't worried since I had also bought travel insurance before departure. Perhaps it wasn't displayed on the invoice, or maybe she was trying to help me, but then she privately told her colleague that this Chinese person didn't know anything. Her colleague said there were bigger cars available, but she insisted on giving us the small car we had booked. Her attitude was very unpleasant.
