Although they claim to be open 24 hours, our flight was delayed and when we arrived late at night, no one answered the phone. We couldn't pick up the car and they didn't provide a refund.
There was an insurance upsell, no Chinese service, the vehicle was relatively old and had minor body damage but it didn't affect usage. The most annoying part was the lack of central locking; every time I had to lock or unlock the car, I had to open and close all five doors. The wipers didn't clean properly.
Estuvo todo muy bien yo ya había pagado en auto x los 14 días ,pero cuando lo fui a retirar me cobraron muchísima plata x el seguro que no estaba incluido , si toman un depósito de la tarjeta justamente x cualquier daño xq cobran adicional un seguro de 420 dólares que no era el más económico no el más caro .
Me obligaron a contratar los seguros lo que incremento bastante el costo total de la renta, además de que me dieron un auto de menor nivel que el que contraté.
Me comentaron que aunque QEEQ ya tenia coberturas, que esas no eran válidas para ellos.
Mixed feelings. On the positive side, the car was in good condition, return was smooth, and when an insured accident happened, they processed the paperwork and provided a replacement car of the same model with no issues. On the negative side: the airport shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes for our car, and it wasn't ready even though we arrived an hour later than our scheduled pick-up time. We had to ask twice before they could locate the car. Other than that, everything else was alright and the prices were reasonable.
1. The front desk aggressively pushes various insurance options and gets very unfriendly if you refuse.
2. I picked up the car at 11 PM that night, and the order stated it had to be returned by 4 PM the next day. The company insisted that I must return the car by the time stated on the order, or else I would be charged for an additional day.
3. The deposit return process is too slow. On the day of return, the front desk informed me that the deposit of 16,000 pesos (approximately 7,000 RMB) would be returned within three days. However, when I called three days later, they said it would take 15 days. This is unacceptable!
Scam company, they force you to buy insurance or make you wait endlessly. The only time I used my credit card, it was fraudulently charged a week after I returned home. They constantly ask for tips when you pick up the car.
