Car was smelly and very dirty...

They didn't have the vehicle (Large SUV) I booked and gave me a somewhat clean (I don't believe it was fully cleaned before the pickup) vehicle. They promised to call me as soon as a Large SUV becomes available so I could swap the vehicles but never followed up. I spent more than 30-40 mins trying to finish the pick up process. Never recommending anyone for this place.

Really great customer service

The customer service at Fox rental car was not good . I waited 45 min at counter and the lady did not care at all . I lost my appointment because of that . If I knew this was the service I would never ever rent a car from Fox

The first car we received looked good, but when we got inside we noticed the driver’s side windshield was very deeply scratched, all over. We requested another car, but were told we had to go back to the service counter to change cars, which we were able to do.

Camry of full size nit available. They tried to give me a smaller car. Ended up with 4x4 SUV which got bad gas mileage. Car had 50,000 miles and interior had stains everywhere on the upholstery. Rental car return was very dfificult to find because of construction.

The car was really nice when we went to pick it up I stopped downstairs and they sent me upstairs she told me I need to go back downstairs so I went back downstairs they sent me back up so I went back up and then kind of got upset and then they took care of it

I went to Fox Rent A Car for the price. I was a little surprised to learn that I would pay an extra $11+ per day for tolls or $15 plus the toll if I didn't take that option. That said, Fox wasn't any less than the competitors when all was said and done.

car was not properly serviced,no water in windshield cleaner nor a lug nut removing tool.Thank god my wife and I did not have a flat.The overall interior needed cleaning.
