I made it clear that I only wanted the basic insurance and nothing else. After arriving in Shanghai, I noticed an additional charge of 22 Euros. When I contacted them through the taxi service, I was told it was a pre-paid cleaning fee, which they never mentioned at the time of pickup. If this fee existed, why wasn't I informed when I collected the car? While the amount isn't significant, it's extremely dishonest. I do not recommend this car rental company at all.

Later, I saw on Google reviews that this company tends to use document doubts to increase fees. - Malicious damage claims: The vehicle damage report was very vague and missed many parts, with no photos taken. After inspecting thoroughly, they reluctantly added details. At return, they scrutinized the car with a magnifying glass and claimed small white spots on the glass were my fault, demanding a glass replacement and charging €1100. Their attitude was extremely arrogant during communication.
