The service was pretty good. The staff was very patient and answered all my questions! They even kindly offered tea while you wait and provided a ride out of the parking lot. Excellent service!

но машину, корую я бронировала, не вернули вовремя и мне дали дизель FIAT EGEA 2017г. без доплат, с включёной КАСКО и сказали, можно не мыть!
возвращала до 6 утра, в 5:20 сотрудника не было на месте, искали его до 5:45
принятие машины - беглый осмотр
я проехала по нескольким платным дорогам, не знаю как теперь будут деньги вычитать

Pros: Open 24 hours, very convenient, good car condition.
Cons: Upon pickup, we were informed that the automatic car we booked online was not available and were constantly asked to switch to a manual car, which was shocking. Since we were not familiar with driving a manual car, they provided another automatic car after our insistence. They did not inform us in advance which toll lanes to use on the highway.
Very satisfied. Initially booked a Citroen, but its trunk couldn’t fit two suitcases. They upgraded me to a larger car for free. The car was in excellent condition, with a rearview camera and Bluetooth connection. However, you need a phone holder. The pickup and return were very quick.
The car provided was a run down vehicle which was 92000 on done in a poor condition. When asked to change they said they did not have have a newer vehicle and was forced to pay 100€ more to change the car which again was done more than 40000 km.
Yup.. I had broken the right hand side mirror.. If i need to pay for the damage.. Pls let me know.. Btw drop off service is really bad.. Need to find the person in charge as he was not around.. Cizgi counter also no body there

The car was GR8, The Pick up was a bit slow & staff tried to give us manual drive car instead of Automatic, so we would not have to wait for automatic car to turn up. We paid for automatic (for safety reasons), so we insisted on it & hence had to wait over 30mins for car to turn up. We had so much difficulty finding the entrance to correct car park at Izmir terminal & due to lack of "CIZGI" signs outside of the car park, we ended up in the wrong car park & when we finally got the Cizgi guy to come up to where we parked (on different level to drop off point), he demanded that we have to pay 20 TL for the car parking payment, even though we explained it was not our fault. The paperwork provided had no clear instruction or map showing correct drop off point & what the procedure was?! we were not happy with the Cizgi staff at pick up/drop off office in car park.
Everything was perfect, the car was fresh and had only 16k km on it. The communication with stuff was easy even they know very little of English but still did their best to make our experience better. We drove all the way from Izmir to cappadocia and back and had an amazing experience. Totally recommend cizgi and will book again.

Good service for car booking, we liked how the app look like as well as full insurance and easy communication.
Overall, it was okay. Initially, they told us that the 5008 we booked was not available and upgraded us to a larger car. When we got to the parking lot, we saw they had given us two giant nine-seat Mercedes. Considering our road trip would involve many narrow roads, big cars would be inconvenient, so we declined. Then the staff made a phone call and managed to get us two 5008s. I'm not sure why they said they weren't available before. Returning the car was very quick; they barely checked anything.
Terrible. Only one staff member for car collection, with five groups waiting to pick up cars. We had to wait until everyone had finished before they let us leave the parking lot. What kind of logic is that? The car was given to us with an empty tank and must be returned empty. How are we supposed to manage that? We ended up giving them half a tank of fuel for free. The windshield washer fluid was also empty. The staff member at car return didn't even speak English. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this car rental company at Izmir Airport.
The staff at the pickup location had poor English. The safety seat rented for two euros a day was terrible, not even as good as something from a street stall.
Car was too small for a 6 seater. No space for luggage. We asked for paid upgrade but got denied since we had used qeeq to book. The car was dirty inside and outside.
The gas was empty to empty which is hard to do. I ended up with 20 euros of gas in the car on my return.
The staff were friendly though.
