“Drove on Zealand Island for only 2 days and used around 10 liters of fuel”
About Alamo:10.0/10
We arrived close to 11 PM and 2 lovely staff members were still diligently working. They were organized and knew their responsibilities well. The parking lot was right near the rental center and a gentleman personally guided us there, which was much better than our experience in Amsterdam.
I had already paid the full amount in China and applied for the necessary permits for other countries included in my order. However, at the car rental office in Copenhagen airport, a tall male staff member tried to deceive me, saying that their policy required road assistance insurance for driving in other countries. I told him I already had full coverage, and my platinum credit card provided global free roadside assistance. I even pointed out the clause in the rental car contract regarding the refusal to buy additional insurance. He lied, saying it was a company policy difference, and pressured me greatly by refusing to give me the car. Despite a long queue behind me and me being a mother with two children, tired and just about to start a wonderful trip, he greedily and deceitfully tried to force me to buy insurance. With extensive overseas driving experience, I firmly refused, but it wasn't until I was about to call the rental company that he pretended to give me the car, warning that next time, it wouldn't work. Remember, any additional insurance is optional. I will definitely file a complaint to the European headquarters. Fellow Chinese drivers, be firm in refusing unwanted insurance offers and seek help immediately if necessary.
Extremely poor company. Upon arrival, we only needed to pay around 1330, but they charged us over 3300. We immediately raised this issue with the staff, who told us that it was just a prepayment and wouldn't be deducted, so there was no need to worry. However, after we returned home, the amount had been deducted. We contacted Zuzuche, and they actively followed up on the issue, but the company forged our signatures on a bunch of insurance documents we never saw. It's outrageous to this extent! And while this issue was being resolved, another amount of over 1000 was deducted. Even after contacting them, we were still told it was a pre-authorization, and this amount is still not settled. We've rented cars abroad many times and never encountered something like this, especially in a country like Denmark. Truly, there are scoundrels everywhere! I will never rent from this company again.
There was an elderly woman with white hair who had a very bad attitude. The credit card was fine, but the POS machine had issues and couldn't process the payment. I couldn't rent the car and didn't get my money back.

The service attitude was very good. I couldn't find the parking spot, and they sent a staff member to guide me. I rented a Golf automatic, but they upgraded it to an Audi A5 Coupe for free. The car was very new and smooth to drive.

Compared to my previous experience with Hertz, they push too many add-ons. Even though I clearly declined additional insurance during the rental process, it was still added, resulting in unnecessary charges.
