The rental company is not worth the good ratings. They downgraded the car I reserved. I booked an Opel Astra, but they gave me a Skoda Rapid. Do they think Chinese people are fools?
After returning the car, an unexplained charge of 830 euros appeared. It's been more than 20 days and there's still no explanation via phone or email. Their contact number is also difficult to reach. I recommend considering this rental company carefully.
1. Our flight was delayed, and we were informed that our original vehicle was no longer available. We were required to pay an extra 18 euros per day to upgrade the vehicle, which does not comply with the contract terms. 2. The staff did not guide us to the vehicle, making it impossible to inspect the vehicle's condition on-site or to receive instructions on how to use the vehicle.
The attitude was acceptable, but maybe this is just how the service speed is in Europe. It’s not very fast. I waited in line for almost two hours, which is much slower compared to car rental companies in China like Shenzhou.

About Buchbinder:6.0/10
The booked car model was not provided, and we had to communicate with the counter. Despite the time it took, the final solution from the rental desk was acceptable.
After returning the car, I was charged an 86-euro cleaning fee. It might be because of the muddy rain. However, this is the first time I've encountered such a situation after renting cars multiple times. It feels like being ripped off, and despite sending an email requesting an explanation, there's been no response for a week.
1. Car Model Issue: We booked a VW Multivan, which is a higher-end model in the MPV range. However, we ended up with a Ford Transit, which is equivalent to a utility vehicle, the lowest grade in that category. They said there were no other cars available, so we had no choice.
2. After getting the car, we found that the second row of the three-row seats was facing backward. The rental staff didn't know how to adjust the direction and told us to check with the drop-off location if anyone could help.
3. The staff at the Vienna airport rental office were unhelpful. One Caucasian guy was polite but said there was nothing he could do. Another guy who looked Indian was very rude and said we should go to Ford. When I asked why he didn't go to Ford, he claimed no rental company handles seat adjustments and that I didn't specify all seats had to face forward when booking. Eventually, we went to the drop-off location where workers helped us remove and reinstall the seat, but it took over an hour.
4. The service experience was very bad, and the staff were extremely arrogant.
This is an Austrian car rental company called 'Ajari'. After we followed the procedure for self-dropoff, they sent us two blurry partial photos, claiming there was a collision. We provided clear photos to prove that the car was in good condition when returned, and we also provided a complete video of the return process through customer service. The whole issue dragged on for nearly a month and is still unresolved.
However, compared to Buchbinder customer service's 'I am ignorant, I am shameless, I am proud' attitude, DanShe from QEEQ customer service, with his professionalism and integrity, made me realize that if an individual's success is not a coincidence, then the rise of a nation is even more dependent on the integrity and efforts of countless ordinary people.
We bought full insurance, and we thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out before returning it. It safely guided us through foreign sceneries, and we treated it with care. If the vague dark spots in the partial photo were indeed from the car we rented, why would I waste my time and energy proving myself?
Compared to this Buchbinder company, DanShe from QEEQ demonstrated a spirit of dedication throughout the follow-up process, and the efficiency and integrity shown by other departments of QEEQ give us as Chinese people a reason to be proud.
This deceitful 'Ajari' company wanted to make an easy 300 euros, not expecting to encounter a persistent and honest customer and a dedicated and honest Chinese car rental platform. The result is still pending, let's wait and see.
It might seem a bit late to leave a review two years after using the service, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I rented a car to go to Germany again but couldn't find the same cheap prices as before. The Ford Mondeo station wagon was very practical and had great value for money. The staff's attitude during the rental process was a bit poor, likely due to language barriers. However, the staff during the return process were great - they were quick and only checked for any bumps at the four corners of the car and looked at the fuel receipt.
