CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON THRIFTY IN DENVER

The pickup staff was a little off but by no means rude. The car was in decent condition, they let you choose which car in your paid class so I ended up choosing the one with less dents. Only needed the car for 2 days so there wasn't too much time for any error. The tire pressure light came on on the drive back to the airport but it was probably a slow leak that they can fill and forget about for the next customer. For the price it was acceptable. The staff there for the drop off in the early morning was very friendly. Overall would rent again for a short period of time. If I were booking for longer than 3 days I would probably book with another company.

The original car that was rented (VW Jetta) had very stained cloth seats. Fortunately, we were given the choice of another car (Chevy Cruze) which was acceptable.

Generally satisfactory. Only issue was that the booking confirmation given to me never appeared in Thrifty's website causing me to wonder if the reservation was legit. In the end all worked out.

Only 1 driver allowed. I had called to confirm we could have 2 drivers. One tire was really low on air. Thrifty would not fill up. Previous renters trash was still in car

Easy process to get the car and very fair price. Enjoyed the rental. I'll be back.

These two issues caused the actual price to increase significantly.

The store explained that Colorado state law requires additional insurance.

Also, extra toll fees were added, with two options: $15 per day or $10 per day for actual toll charges.
Due to the time it would have taken to contact the rental car company, I had to reluctantly accept these charges.
Waited about half an hour to pick up the car.

Excellent! No upselling of insurance, very straightforward and convenient.

Thrifty was very accommodating, especially considering my pickup ended up being 12 hours due to airline problems

Easy booking; Best price I found

Strange occurrence. We originally requested a Toyota Corolla but as we reached the gate the car couldn't be allowed to leave the lot and the gateman gave us a Rogue Sport which worked well for the entire 9 day use.

Like: Costs, promptness
Dislike: All of the rental cars in the fleet (Intermediate) were pretty badly scratched up and dinged but there was no inspection of the car before we left. We had to point that out to the security person at the gate before we went the lot, to make sure that we wouldn't be blamed later.

La espera fue de dos horas y media en la estación , rente una mini vans Nissan Quest de 7 pasajeros y me entregaron después de dos horas y media un Nizzan Roque , yo pague por un carro más grande y me dieron ese , si no uviese cogido ese me uviese pasado mucho más tiempo en espera , y el servicio al cliente súper malo , mal trato al q no habla english

Para alquilar el carro por esta vía fue magnífico y sin problemas

Very convenient. There is a shuttle at the airport. No promotional pitches when picking up the car. Clear signage for returns. The return process was quick and smooth without any issues. Everything was perfect.

Loved the convertible I rented. Outside could have been a little cleaner. Great Car! Great price!

I like that you get notified when the price drops

Pushy obnoxious sales person, the type that makes you uncomfortable. He pushed a LIT insurance, that I still can’t find if it is or not true that it is requiered by Colorado State Law... The car was really small. The only reason we could fit 1 large and 1 small suitcases was because nobody was in the back seat.

The person that signed me in was rude and unprofessional once I told him I did not wanted anything more then the car.

Thrift gave us a free upgrade to a mid-size SUV. It was very appreciated when it started snowing in Denver
