Great! A white new Highlander with only 7378 kilometers at pickup. Despite my limited English, the staff explained everything patiently. Returning the car was even simpler; a parking lot staff took the keys and said 'bye-bye,' and it was done. Perfect.

The car was in great condition, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were very easy. At pick-up, we completed the paperwork at the counter and found the car by the number on the order in the nearby parking lot. At drop-off, a staff member did a quick check and issued a receipt, making the process very convenient. The service attitude was also very good. Overall, very satisfied with the car's condition.

The refueling fee charged was inconsistent with what the staff at the parking lot stated. We said that if the fee was too high, we would go refuel the car before returning it. The staff checked the fuel gauge and gave us an approximate amount, which we found acceptable, so we went to the airport counter to complete the return process. However, the actual charge was several hundred yuan more than expected! They promised to refund the difference if it was too much, but even though we took a photo of the fuel gauge at the time, we still haven't received a refund after returning to our country and negotiating proved futile. It's a scam.

The vehicle was very clean, the service attitude was friendly, and it's a trustworthy and friendly car rental company!
