This is an scam!!!
You end paying much more than the amount quoted.
Insurance policy is the worst.
They force you to buy their insurance even when you do not need it.
And you can not cancel your reservation because they refuse to do it there and their automated system goes over and over to the selection option. Cancel your reservation is impossible.
Do not rent cars with this company, they are liars. And they don't give you the car you selected even when you have paid more than standard.

Canadians BEWARE they will not accept your proof of insurance and force you to get coverage with them. Also they will not accept that you use your own SUNPASS on their cars!!!
I was renting a car for three weeks imagine the overcharge. Instead I cancelled my rental and lost my deposit.
Absolutely a nightmare. I didn't realize it was off-site from the airport, there were no instructions for how to find Right Car, and it wasn't even easy to figure out from my confirmation email what the rental company was. I finally figured it out, called them, and they said they would send a shuttle. A shuttle driver from another company ended up giving me a ride to Right Cars, and he pointed out to me that the Right Cars shuttle hadn't even left.
They required a copy of my insurance, which is not normal, and they also required a TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT which is not normal.
When they tried to swipe my credit card, it didn't go through - there was no reason for that, because I have a far more than $2000 limit on my card - and they swiped a second of my credit cards which also didn't go through, again for no discernible reason.
The customer service person said that after two swipes, she couldn't swipe it again, and there was no other way for her to rent me a car, so after wasting 45 minutes between the shuttle and this BS company while my grandfather was on his deathbed, I ultimately was not able to rent a car and had to go back to the airport in a Lyft to rent a car from another company at the last minute.
I looked on Yelp and this company has an AVERAGE of one star. You should be ashamed of yourself for supporting this scam business.

Our biggest frustration was the return address. When entered into GPS as 2929 S Federal Hy, Fort Lauderdale, it sent us 20 miles south. We finally found it on SE 6th Ave. A map or more instruction would have prevented this frustration!
Sous de fausse information ils ont tenté de mettre de la pression pour l'achat d'une Sunpass et ils ont chargé à notre insu une assurance optionnelle (dommage physique) non obligatoire (déjà couvert avec carte de crédit et assurance privée) après l'avoir signaler au commis ce dernier n'a rien corrigé. Il a dit que nous pouvions annuler la location. j'ai annulé!! Je n'avais pu confiance en RIGHT CARS et son commis. J'ai porté plainte a Easy rentcars pour être rembourser (processus toujours en cours)
je n' ai pas accepter de prendre la voiture chez Rightcar car se sont des escros qui veule seulement nous arnaquer avec des frais supplémentaire non obliquatoire chez tous les autres locateurs de voiture
on me reclamait tous pres de $23.00 us par jour pour des option que je ne voulait pas
Terrible service, very disrespectful. not pleasant one bit, customer walked out and cancelled booking because of bad reviews on Right Cars. I agree, will not rent there anymore, rather pay higher price, with people who are respectful.
Awful local office.

FYI unreasonable requirements like SHOWING insurance certificate (other companies do not require this) and $13.99/day for tolls (when other companies charge $9)
But biggest issue was rude staff.
Girl who called herself “manager” had poor communication, and when I was aghast, she refused to rent me the car.
Fine, but she also refused to give me refund.
And she supplied me with 2 phone numbers, neither of which worked. I called both eight in front of her.
When I pointed this out, she didn’t care and said to leave.
She kept my money and gave me no car and no one to contact.
It was so bad I actually took video of the process bc no one would believe it was so bad .

I have been renting cars in Florida for 25 years. I always have a pleasant experience. Right Cars was absolutely horrendous. From the moment I picked up the car until drop off. The car was unsafe and dirty. Ontop of that, the customer service made the experience the absolute worst.
When I went to pick up the car, the supervisor, Oscar wanted to charge me extra insurance because I didn't have the "sufficient coverage". I called my agent infront of him, and she assured me that I had more than enough coverage. He argued for about 25 minutes claiming this $300,000 property provision was in the terms and conditions when I booked. I pulled up the terms and conditions infront of him, read them aloud, and no where did it state a property provision. Our declaration stated we had enough coverage as well as the fact that I have $500,000 in liability.
He was rude, nasty, and extremely condescending. He seemed happy to argue with me. The vehicle was absolutely disgusting. Myself and my daughters were grossed out to sit in it. All four windows, including the windshield were dirty and didn't look like they were ever cleaned from the inside. There was some sort of glue all over the middle of the windshield which was a huge distraction while driving at night. The car had an abrupt shake if you went over 55 mph. In addition, the car had over 30,000 miles on it. In all of my years of renting a car, they have never had anything close to 30,000 miles. We returned to Right Cars to get into another argument. I told Oscar about the condition of the car and the shaking. He did not seem phased. I filled up the car and upon returning it, it was down by one tick of gas. He insisted he must charge me a $50 gas fee. I had to have my daughter drive the car to the nearest gas station to fill up 1 gallon of gas. This made us late to the airport, requiring us to take an Uber. He was rude and did not care that he was making us late at all. Terrible experience and I will never rent again.

Cars were ok it was the counter person that told us a lie. Our resorts was Wyndham just off either 95 or the toll road. Fact is, we never passed a toll booth on the Toll road or 95. He told us we would pass 4 tolls to our resort and it would cost $25 per toll, thus, $200 when we returned the car on I 95. Another lie. Even the girl working that day said the same thing. We will NEVER recommend Right Cars.
They did not explain what was needed for insurance and charged me without telling me.
They also tack on a bunch of hidden fees like mileage and sunpass once you get there...

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.
These guys are scam. They force to sell insurance even though you don't need and own it. They require over $300000 in every category. ex) you need over $300000 in property dmg and uninsured even through that amount were not revealed in terms.
They charged me for insurance I do need or asked for and made it perfectly clear I have my own full coverage insurance. When I called back I was hung up on
