I rented an MPV, a 7-seater which should be a business vehicle with fixed seats. However, I got an SUV, a Peugeot 5008. Although it has 7 seats, the last two are foldable and very cramped. With those seats in use, there was no space for luggage, and I had to discard items to complete the trip. The Peugeot 5008 is a mid-large SUV, not an MPV. Negotiations with the car rental company were unsatisfactory. When I complained afterward, they replied it matched the rented model, but they were exploiting a loophole by offering a 7-seat SUV as an MPV. When renting an MPV, ensure it has fixed seats to avoid this issue, or you may end up with a smaller vehicle that can't fit your luggage.
Drop off in Bergen was also a bit confusing only because Europcar doesn’t have an office in the rental car center. They do have clearly marked section to leave car though. You go into the airport and drop the key into an automated machine box. There is a staff member there but busy handling the long line of pickup customers. No chance to ask questions about the toll fees, etc. You just have to trust. There is no real expectation setting here.
