However, when they were preparing the paperwork, they added insurance like 'Major Traffic Liability Insurance' without my consent. They tried to deceive us, claiming that because I was under 24, I also needed to buy this insurance. They even told us to ask other rental companies if we didn't believe them and were extremely impatient. During this time, I called the rental platform three times; the first two times, they said to follow the car rental company's rules, but the last time, a staff member proactively helped us contact the rental company by phone. In fact, the platform's staff were also quite unprofessional.
