The worst car rental experience ever. The service was terrible. I'm already back in my country, and my card is still being charged for unknown reasons. I returned the car with a full tank of gas.
Everything else was fine, except that I chose to add a baby seat when renting the car. The staff didn't teach me how to install it, saying the store policy doesn’t allow them to do so. I’m not sure what the reasoning behind such a policy is, if it indeed exists.
Alpha was great - I called a few times prior to rental with enquiries and they responded promptly.
I asked about additional drivers and they told me $10/day per driver. When we went to pick up, we were told that actually we had one free additional driver.
The car was OK - a Renault that was a little gutless on the hills.

Very satisfied. As soon as I arrived at the airport, I saw the shuttle car that took me to the rental company. They gave me a Great Wall car, which I think might have been an upgrade.
